Your journey with us: As part of our growth and ambitious vision, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager to join our Finance Transformation team. Your primary focus will be on delivering advisory services aimed at optimizing financial processes to accelerate and enhance the production of financial insights. These insights empower CFOs and business leaders to make informed decisions aligned with their strategic objectives.

Your Role: Act as a trusted advisor, ensuring finance functions operate efficiently. Build and expand client relationships while driving new business through collaboration.

• Lead and coordinate projects, including responding to tenders and managing delivery, while redesigning clients’ financial organizations to regain control over operational financial processes.
• Advise and bring innovative solutions to the CFOs and Finance departments on every issue they might face including data modeling, financial processes improvement, financial close and consolidation, efficiency gains, planning, budgeting and forecasting, etc.
• Enhance management reporting by improving processes, people, and technology.
• Facilitate collaboration & motivation to manage projects, meet deadlines.
• Coach and develop team members by transparent feed‑back & improvement points.
• Contribute to management meetings, generate initiative for business development in the French‑speaking market.

Let’s talk about you:

• 6 to 8 years of professional experience in consulting or the public sector.
• Strong expertise in finance organization, controlling, processes, operating models, and finance tools.
• High project management skills & experience in managing projects.
• Excellent communication skills, able to articulate complex ideas to diverse stakeholders.
• Proven competencies in business development, proposal writing, pitching, and tailoring project approaches to client needs.
• Fluent in French and English.
