- Conduct property inspections to assess condition and identify preservation needs
- Secure and maintain vacant properties, including winterization and addressing code violations
- Manage vendors and contractors to ensure timely and cost-effective preservation work
- Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and investor/insurer guidelines
- Document inspections, preservation activities, and maintain accurate records
- At least 2-3 years of experience in property preservation, asset management, or a related field
- Strong understanding of local, state, and federal regulations and industry standards for property preservation
- Proficiency with property management software and Microsoft Office
- Experience working with vendors and contractors in property preservation
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Familiarity with digital documentation tools
- Experience in risk management related to property preservation
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize under pressure
