  We are looking for a super organized, self motivate, with strong leadership to join our team in Sunnyvale, CA for Fulfillment / Shipping supervisor position.
• Type:
  Full-time
• General Working Days: Minimum 40 hours/ Week. includes occasional work or tasks off-hours or weekends)
• Availability:
  Immediate Opening

This position is responsible for coordinating all logistics, shipping and fulfillment needs for MOTA in Sunnyvale Warehouse(s). We are looking for someone who is exceptionally organized, extremely self motivate and has strong leadership skills to make sure packaging staff complete tasks in shortest time possible and efficiently. Shipment volume varies from  packages a day. After-hours or weekend as needed.

REQUIREMENTS FOR IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• EXCEPTIONALLY PUNCTUAL, DETAILED-ORIENTED, AND ORGANIZED WITH LEADERSHIP SKILLS
• Minimum Two years experience in direct supervisory, leadership, or management for similar or related field
• Be able to work independently or as a team.
• Able to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Able to work under time pressure/deadlines
• Proficient in Excel, Outlook and Word
• Legal to work in the United States and be able to pass background check and screening

RESPONSIBILITIES (Include but not limited to):

• Consistently work and motivate packaging staff to ensure fulfillment pace is as efficient as possible
• Check for quality and consistency in packaged product
• Confirm and route POs to the appropriate fulfillment agent
• Ensure shipping and fulfillment progress is going in timely manner
• Order fulfillment, picking, packing and shipping both online and commercial orders
• Coordinating with Production Manager to maintain fulfillment needs
• Maintain receiving, shipping and delivery records
• Organize Warehouse and ensure OSHA compliance (Training will be provided)
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of department
• Determine the most efficient and cost-effective way to ship items (Fed Ex / UPS / DHL / TNT / etc)
• Communicate with customers on their orders

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous experience with shipment or freight companies, customs, delivery, etc
• Previous experience in order fulfillment, shipping or packaging
