- 10+ years of experience in Product Development is a must
- Experience as Director of Product Development is a must
- Experience in the apparel industry is a must
- Proven track record of successfully managing product development projects from concept to launch
- Experience with fittings conduction and cost negotiations is a must
- Retail and Beauty industry experience is a plus
- Experience in intimates OR seamless construction is a must
- Strong knowledge of sourcing strategies and supplier management is a must
- Understanding the plus size market, womens fitting and being passionate in making women feel confident is a plus
- Lead and manage the product development team, providing guidance and support throughout the entire product lifecycle.
- Drive innovation by staying up-to-date with industry trends and identifying new opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and specifications.
- Oversee the ideation g process.
- Ensure products are developed and sourced within budget and timeline constraints.
- Monitor and evaluate supplier performance on pre-production activities to ensure compliance with processes and standards.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to optimize product development processes.
