Job Title: Manager of Business Development
Prompt is revolutionizing healthcare by delivering highly automated and modern software to rehab therapy businesses, the teams within, and the patients they serve. As the fastest growing company in the therapy EMR space and the new standard in healthcare technology, we’re looking to bring on a Manager of Business Development to accelerate our growth strategy.
The RoleThis is a front-line leadership role overseeing a team focused on sourcing and driving new business opportunities, cultivating strategic partnerships, and expanding Prompt’s market presence. You’ll align your team’s performance with company-wide growth objectives while building a high-accountability culture rooted in clear expectations, fast feedback, and continuous improvement.
You won’t be leading from a distance. You’ll be in the trenches with your team every day: coaching outreach strategy, joining partnership conversations, unblocking opportunities in real time, and ensuring strong cross-functional collaboration. You’re the type of leader who knows the state of your pipeline without needing to ask twice. We’re doing something special here and this role will be critical in guiding Prompt through its next phase of growth.

- Growth Strategy Development:
Craft and implement a forward-thinking business development strategy to identify new markets, partnerships, and revenue opportunities. - Business Development Team Leadership:
Direct and oversee team efforts to identify key partnerships and new business opportunities. - Performance Management:
Establish and track KPIs, evaluate performance, provide feedback, and adjust strategies to optimize results. - Decision-Making & Problem Solving:
Guide data-driven decisions and be hands-on when needed to tackle complex challenges. - Innovation Leadership:
Encourage exploration of new technologies and business models to address market changes and customer needs.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 5+ years managing BDRs in a SaaS environment; healthcare experience is a plus but not required.
- Proven leadership experience managing and developing high-performing teams.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence across multiple levels.
