Home Remodeling Pros specializes in design-build projects including Kitchens, Bathrooms, Basements, Decks, and Home Additions. Our mission is simple: create a renovation experience that's just as rewarding as the final result.
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR:- Extensive knowledge of construction materials, methods, and industry best practices
- Clear and confident communicator - both written and verbal - who can explain complex information in a way that clients understand
- Organized, self-motivated, and driven - able to manage multiple estimates and timelines effectively
- Team player who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and estimating tools (such as Plan Swift, Bluebeam, or comparable software)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in residential remodeling (especially kitchens, bathrooms, and basements)
- Deliver professional, value-driven proposals that help clients visualize their dream space and understand the investment
- Partner with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budget, guiding them through the planning process
- Collaborate closely with designers and the production team to ensure accurate scoping and smooth project execution
- Monitor and adjust project timelines and budgets to meet key milestones and client expectations
- Create accurate scope of work and project estimates to be presented to the customer.

- Hybrid remote role:
You'll work from home, the office, and meet clients in their homes or our showroom - Travel required within a 1-hour radius
- Full-time position with a flexible schedule, including occasional weekend availability
