• Experienced in multi-site salon management or senior leadership (1+ year)
• Commercially focused with proven success in:

  • improving client retention & rebooking
  • managing budgets & KPI performance
• Confident in coaching Salon Managers and developing leadership capability
• Organised, proactive and comfortable travelling between locations
• Passionate about people development, motivation and team culture
