Job Description & How to Apply Below

At Vialto Law (US) LLP, we help multinational organizations navigate the complexities of U.S. immigration law with a strategic, holistic, and employee-focused approach. As part of our high-performing legal team, you’ll collaborate with U.S. attorneys and Business Immigration Analysts in a dynamic, fast-paced, and high-volume environment.

As a Senior Associate Immigration Attorney, you will play a critical role in advising corporate clients, developing immigration strategies, and ensuring compliance with evolving regulations. Your work will impact businesses, employees, and their families, helping them achieve immigration success with efficiency, empathy, and precision.

We are affiliated with Vialto Partners—the world’s first tech-enabled, people-first global mobility company—which provides a unique platform for collaboration across immigration, tax, business travel, compensation, and remote work compliance.

We are seeking a Chief of Staff – Immigration Services (Senior Manager) to serve as a trusted strategic partner to Immigration Services executive leadership. This role is designed to amplify leadership effectiveness, enable disciplined execution of firm priorities, and bring clarity and alignment across complex, high-volume immigration programs.

This is a high-impact, high-trust leadership role for someone who operates comfortably at the executive level, understands regulated professional services environments, and can translate strategy into scalable, measurable outcomes—without owning day-to-day casework or client management.

The Chief of Staff will work closely with Immigration Partners, Global Immigration leadership, and Tax leadership to ensure strategic initiatives, operating rhythms, and cross-functional efforts move forward with precision and accountability.
