Stellenbeschreibung- We accompany a public sector client in the development of a new software solution, providing IT expertise, change management and education & knowledge management.
- You assist the account‑leadership team with controlling topics.
- Additionally you prepare formats such as workshops and town halls for the project team members of the account.
- Furthermore, you support the individual sub‑project teams in selected task packages as needed.
- You are currently in an advanced bachelor or master study in business administration, economics, political science, economic psychology or a comparable field.
- You already have first experiences in transformation projects, controlling support, change management or education & knowledge management.
- You enjoy controlling topics and working with Microsoft Excel – you can use Excel confidently.
- You are reliable, meticulous, curious and team‑oriented.
- Excellent German (C1) and good English skills complete your profile.
- Work‑study balance: 10 to 20 hours during the semester (extended working time during semester breaks possible), flexible scheduling, corporate fitness, hybrid work (office / home office) coordinated with your supervisor.
