Delta Sigma Pi is hiring for a Communications/Shared Services Manager to join our team. Our Communications/Shared Services Manager can be fully remote and based anywhere in the United States but requires quarterly travel to Oxford, OH and some other travel for events may be required. This is a great opportunity for someone who has a background in communications for Associations, Non‑profits, or Fraternities or Sororities.

Our Communications/Shared Services Manager position comes with the opportunity to work in a fully remote environment with some travel required. We are offering a base salary of $75,000 - $80,000 annually. This position also includes generous health, dental, vision, 401(k), and paid time off benefits.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field;
• 3+ years experience in a leadership level communications role within the association management industry;
• 2+ years experience in leading a team of communication and administrative specialists;
• Strong coaching and mentoring abilities;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
• Demonstrated experience in partnership management and relationship building;
• Creative mindset with the ability to think strategically;
• Proficiency in digital marketing and communication tools.

• Leading, coaching and developing members of the communications and shared services teams;
• Developing and executing the communication plan for internal and external stakeholders;
• Managing the external partner program to develop new relationships and ensure the appropriate execution of existing partnership agreements;
• Ensuring the effective and efficient execution of day to day operations through the team leader of the administrative team;
• Implementing communication plans and strategies to enhance employee engagement and ensure a positive work environment for team members;
• Other duties as assigned.
