This is a 12 month Fixed Term Contract.

As Brand Content Manager you will be responsible for delivering best-in-class content that drives OEB sales, increases brand awareness, and maximises effectiveness. We are masters of content execution and efficient planning, safeguarding budgets while leading on best practice and optimal routes for production.

Whats the job
  • Plan the content production activities following the brand communication plan, identifying cross‑brand or category opportunities and economies of scale.
  • Create compelling content briefs with a keen eye for styling details.
  • Work with the production team to form and direct a production plan, taking ownership of both production and art direction.
  • Safeguard the brand identity, tone of voice and regulatory compliance in all brand content, both internal and external, across every required content created.
  • Audit content to re‑use existing assets where relevant.
  • Accountable for delivery of assets on time and in budget.
  • Set and manage content production budgets.
  • Project‑manage all briefed communication asset developments for the brand across communication channels (except packaging, which is managed by the packaging team).
  • Range POS as per banner requirements.
  • Own a full brand clinic process to ensure assets are seen, commented on and progress smoothly to validation by stakeholders on time.
  • Publish and manage all content on DAM accurately.
What you’ll bring
  • Experience working in a content creation role with multiple marketing channels.
  • Production agency management (pitch, selection, negotiation and production management).
  • Proven capabilities in budget management.
  • Extremely organised and comfortable tracking and reporting across multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Ability to thrive in a matrixed, always‑on environment across multiple time zones and teams.
  • Proactive – taking responsibility to get things done and willing to roll up your sleeves and get stuck in.
