Overview
A company is looking for a Director of Accounting to lead the accounting operations for its Care Forward Rx division.
Responsibilities- Manage the monthly close process and oversee day-to-day accounting operations
- Partner with FP&A for budget and forecast development while delivering financial insights
- Prepare internal and external financial reporting and ensure regulatory compliance
- 10+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience, including leadership roles
- Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and internal controls
- Experience in lean or start-up accounting teams
- Familiarity with the healthcare industry and joint venture environments is a plus
- Comfortable in a remote work environment with occasional travel
