- Lead a team of IT Engineers to develop their skills and enhance productivity.
- Collaborate across teams, gaining alignment and ensuring deliverable deadlines are met.
- Define the goals, objectives, processes, and resources to support the overall strategic vision of the Vehicle Solutions team.
- Build the IT Product Roadmap for Vehicle Remarketing Solutions, ensuring the health and security of the multiple products within this solution.
- Collaborate with other IT, Product and Business teams to identify, mitigate and resolve production issues.
- Conduct people‑management activities including career planning, training, interviewing, hiring, rewarding, disciplining, performance, and salary reviews.
- Develop and retain strong performers and prepare them for future responsibilities.
- Maintain production health and support, managing a diverse team of professionals including Engineers.
- Identify, develop and implement policies, standards and procedures that support team activities and lead individuals in adhering to and supporting team procedures.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.

- Reside in St. Louis, Missouri or immediate surrounding area.
- 6+ years of related experience.
