Salary: $70,000 annually, plus potential additional optional compensation.
This position will be in-office during the training and development phase in Mokena Illinois. After this period, it will transition to a hybrid role, combining in-office and remote work. A planned Office Expansion is planned for Merriville, Indiana, where this job will ultimately be based.

- At least 21 years old
- High School Diploma or GED required
- A college degree in a relevant field is preferred but not required
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role required
- Proficient in Google and Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Docs, Sheets)
- Strong sense of responsibility, accountability, objectivity, and work ethic
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- May need the ability to obtain regulatory badging
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Must be able to pass a drug screening
- Manage fast-paced scheduling operations to ensure all shifts are adequately covered
- Maintain and review staffing levels across various portfolios
- Provide regular updates on scheduling progress and forecast to team members and stakeholders
- Handle payroll tasks for accuracy and completion
- Support shared services functions such as invoicing and accounts receivable processes
- Strategically coordinate with the Senior Manager of Operations to optimize schedules and reduce overtime
- Rapidly respond to schedule changes and client requests, ensuring effective communication and redeployment of staff
