Property Manager – Hattie Redmond PortfolioHome Forward is seeking a Property Manager for our Hattie Redmond portfolio. The Property Manager is responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of managing a portfolio of Home Forward managed properties, including daily operations, maintenance, and ensuring adherence to leasing requirements. Property managers collaborate across departments to provide oversight to budget, ensure resident safety, and manage a site‑based team. The Property Manager collaborates with internal and external stakeholders in the considerations of significant goals, concepts, initiatives, and other activities that profoundly affect Home Forward, its employees, and the people that it serves.
The Hattie Redmond portfolio includes our Hattie Redmond, Bell Park, Elliot Square and Maple Mallory properties.

This is a regular, full time position with compensation beginning at $79,239.60 annually.

- Employer Sponsored Time: We have a standard work week of 37.5 hours, and Home Forward provides 2.5 hours of paid time for you to use throughout the week to create work‑life balance while maintaining pay at a 40 hours a week.

Qualifications- Five (5) years of increasingly responsible experience working with a property management company or housing agency with disadvantaged, special needs populations.
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university with major coursework in business administration, public administration, or related field preferred.
- Property management experience at a tax credit, Section 8, or public housing community preferred.
- Accredited Residential Manager (ARM) or Public Housing Management (PHM) certification preferred.
