LMS Project Manager

• Oversee the overall LMS initiative, including program management and tactical project execution
• Develop project management artifacts such as charters, resource grids, and milestone plans
• Plan, execute, monitor, and control internal business work streams related to LMS
• Collaborate with technical teams and vendors to manage integrated project plans
• Identify and address risks while communicating changes to project sponsors

• Minimum of 8 years of LMS project management experience
• 10+ years of project management experience, with at least 5 years within a PMO
• Proven experience leading projects in the insurance and/or wealth management industries
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies such as Waterfall and Agile

• Experience with LMS implementations, migrations, and consolidations
• Demonstrated success in delivering complex long-term projects on time and within budget
• Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to facilitate collaboration
