- During your first year as a Financial Professional, income is primarily commission-based
, with training allowances available. - Upon promotion to Associate Partner (management), you’ll receive a base salary typically ranging from $75,000–$150,000
, plus bonuses and additional compensation tied to your team’s performance, recruiting, and development success. Your base salary is only one part of your total compensation. Your total compensation will be higher based on your unit's production and office production.
- During your first year as a Financial Professional, income is primarily commission-based

This is an opportunity with unlimited income potential, and we are looking for a few select candidates. This position can lead to opportunities in other states. What You’ll Do
- Begin as a Financial Professional to learn client relationship building, business development, and financial guidance.
- Help clients with retirement planning, investments, and protection strategies.
- Complete required licensing and paid training for insurance and FINRA registrations.
- After your first year, move into a six-month management training program.
- Recruit, mentor, and develop a team of financial professionals.
- Prior sales, business ownership, or management experience preferred.
- Bachelor's Degree or advanced degree a plus, but not required.
- Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills.
- Commitment to professional and personal growth.
- Ability to pass state insurance licensing and FINRA registrations (training and support provided).
- Must reside in Northern California.
$150,000+ at plan commission
