This full-time hybrid position, based in Denver, CO, involves serving as a Project Director for Lyon Restoration. The role entails overseeing restoration projects from initiation to completion, maintaining communication with clients, managing project timelines and budgets, and ensuring adherence to quality standards. Key responsibilities include leading teams, coordinating with insurance companies, managing resources effectively, and maintaining project documentation. While the role requires frequent on-site presence, some work-from-home flexibility is available.
The Project Director plays a crucial role in establishing client trust and ensuring overall satisfaction with the restoration process.
- Project Management, Planning, and Organizational skills
- Leadership and Team Management abilities, with strong interpersonal communication skills
- Knowledge of Restoration Processes, including water damage restoration, mold remediation, fire and smoke cleanup, and reconstruction
- Problem-Solving and Critical Thinking skills for efficient decision-making and issue resolution
- Proficiency in Project Management Software and familiarity with industry-standard tools
- Experience working with insurance claims and the ability to effectively collaborate with insurance adjusters
- Valid driver’s license and the ability to travel to project sites within the Denver, CO area
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
- Prior experience in restoration or construction management is highly desirable
