• Lead program management for significant client events, including budget creation and tracking
• Act as the primary liaison between the operations team and external clients, addressing issues and ensuring client satisfaction
• Implement and manage the KPI/SLA Program for multiple decision makers
• Identify and pursue opportunities for new or expanded service offerings
• Conduct ongoing client satisfaction surveys and analyze data for continuous improvement

• Minimum of four years of experience in the travel industry, specifically in managing meetings/events
• Knowledge of virtual and hybrid event options
• Proven experience managing the lifecycle of a program, including final reconciliation
• Must be able to travel 35% of the time, including internationally
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills in both internal and client‑facing environments

• Knowledge of Cvent preferred
• Experience working in a virtual office environment
• Demonstrated track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Ability to deliver creative outputs within tight timelines while maximizing available resources
• Proficient in database management programs, including Lanyon and Cvent
