• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Proven leadership abilities and experience managing teams.
• Knowledge of industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Professional certifications (e.g., APICS, Six Sigma) are a plus.
