Area Director Revenue Strategy

Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and strategic leader to fill our Area Director of Revenue Strategy. The successful candidate will lead and execute on all revenue strategies across multiple properties in Hawaii, driving long-term success through the optimization of channel management, distribution systems and pricing for a cluster of properties and their vacation rental units.

We strongly prefer a candidate who is on Maui and will work in our Home Office in Kihei.

The salary range is $135 - $155K with a 30% bonus opportunity

The Area Director of Revenue Strategy will be a member of the Hawaii Executive Leadership Team. This person is responsible for the establishment and execution of a pricing strategy ensuring that we meet or exceed the revenue targets for each one of the properties in designated cluster. Additionally, you will be responsible for communicating this strategy to various stakeholders both internally and externally.

This includes email communication and conference calls, to provide reporting and analysis of all aspects of the Revenue Management service including performance metrics, trends, forecasting, and the identification of growth opportunities. The Area Director of Revenue Strategy is responsible for the reservations and revenue teams in Hawaii.

Preferred qualifications for this position:

• Bachelor’s degree in related field.
• 10+ years of progressive revenue leadership experience, preferably in luxury travel, vacation rentals, or resort hospitality.
• Comprehensive understanding of demand evaluation and analysis.
• Ability to evaluate and execute a results‑driven action plan.
• Highly technical and proficient in the systems of HMS Infor, Duetto, Sabre Synxis, Beyond Pricing, Track PMS, Keydata, Profitsword, etc.
• A strong user of Excel, Power Point and Power BI.
