Neighbourhood Team Leader - Housing Association - About The Client:
Castlefield are currently representing a regional Housing Association in Merseyside to recruit a Neighbourhood Team Leader on an initial 6 month temporary contract. This position will have a mixture between site visits, office attendance and home working and will be paying between £27 - £30 per hour via umbrella agency.
Neighbourhood Team Leader - Housing Association - About The Role:
- Team Leadership & Support - Support the Neighbourhood Manager by leading Customer Relationship/Neighbourhood Officers, managing performance, development, wellbeing, and fostering a positive, high-performing team culture.
- Housing Management Delivery - Oversee core housing management functions including allocations, arrears, voids, tenancy and estate management, ensuring compliance with policies, legislation, and performance targets.
- Performance & KPI Management - Achieve key KPIs such as customer satisfaction, arrears reduction, void turnaround, and service excellence through effective performance monitoring, reporting, and continuous improvement.
- Neighbourhood & Partnership Working - Contribute to Neighbourhood Plans by identifying risks and priorities, working collaboratively with internal teams, specialist officers, external partners, and legal advisors to protect communities.
- Customer Experience & Resident Involvement - Lead excellent customer contact and first-time resolution, embed learning from feedback, nurture resident involvement initiatives, and promote strong customer relationships across neighbourhoods.
- Strategy, Innovation & Compliance - Support the development of strategies, policies, and procedures, ensure team compliance, and drive service improvements through innovation, technology, and Service Excellence Plans.
Neighbourhood Team Leader - Housing Association - What You Need:
- Previous experience leading a Neighbourhoods team
- Excellent communication skills
- UK valid driving licence and driver
