• Make hiring recommendations and assist with personnel management and goal setting
• Provide regular status updates and reports to management
• Implement and enforce processes to ensure compliance and quality within the department

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 3-5 years of directly related experience in operational roles
• 2+ years of demonstrated experience in a lead or supervisory role
• Successful track record of executing day-to-day operational responsibilities
• Strong listening skills and the ability to establish effective working relationships

• Experience in the mortgage servicing or real estate industry
• Proven ability to develop and complete projects in area of expertise
• Familiarity with compliance and quality assurance processes
• Strong problem‑solving skills to analyze situations and data effectively
