• Supervise day-to-day operational activities of a team responsible for daily tasks in a functional area
• Write and conduct employee performance reviews while providing ongoing feedback
• Make hiring recommendations and assist with personnel management and goal setting
• Provide regular status updates and reports to management
• Ensure compliance and quality through effective process implementation

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 3-5 years of directly related experience
• 2+ years of demonstrated experience in a lead or supervisory role
• Proven ability to execute daily operational responsibilities and complete projects
• Strong listening skills and ability to maintain effective working relationships

• Experience in the mortgage servicing industry
• Familiarity with compliance and quality assurance processes
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze data effectively
• Demonstrated ability to coach and hold team members accountable for results
