Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Principal Project Manager to lead high-impact, cross‑functional initiatives across the organization. This role is responsible акция for driving complex projects from conception through delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives, timelines, and budgets. Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage large‑scale, complex projects and programs across multiple teams
- Define project scope.maximum goals, deliverables, and success metrics
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and dependencies
- Serve as the primary point of contact for executive stakeholders and senior leadership
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget customizing>
- Mentor and guide project zrobić managers and team members as needed
- Drive continuous improvement in project management processes and best practices
- Extensive experience in project or program management, preferably in a senior or principal‑level role
- Strong leadership and decision‑making capabilities

- Experience working with cross‑functional and distributed teams
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or certifications (PMP, PgMP, Agile, etc.) preferred

Annual Salary: $155,000 – $175,000 (commensurate with experience)
