Responsibilities
  • Manage a growing team of OBMs who onboard new ENT customers, including recruiting, hiring and training.
  • Motivate the team, drive individual development and set KPI goals to ensure targets are met.
  • Become an expert in the Deel platform, helping the team achieve proficiency and managing escalations to resolve complex cases.
  • Lead initiatives that improve cross‑onboarding teams and enhance the overall customer journey.
  • Partner with Sales, Support, Operations, Product and Engineering to deliver the best customer experience.
  • Suggest and implement ideas for optimizing onboarding workflows through process improvements and product automation; lead key initiatives and internal projects.
  • Provide training, feedback and coaching to onboarding managers to promote continuous learning.
Qualifications
  • 2–5 years of experience in Customer Onboarding for a B2B SaaS product.
  • Experience leading a team of Customer Onboarding, Implementation or Project Managers.
  • Strong project‑management skills with a focus on anticipating next steps.
  • High attention to detail and ability to design organized onboarding plans.
  • Customer‑focused mindset with a history of building strong relationships.
  • Team player who thrives in diverse teams.
  • Excellent communicator, able to present complex ideas clearly in writing, presentations and verbally.
