Position overview:

The Supply Chain Project Manager (SCPM) is responsible for defining and executing supplier source change projects in response to new product development, strategic initiatives, and business continuity risks. The SCPM works across global teams, reporting progress to management at various levels of the organisation.

• Develop and coordinate project plans, budget requirements and timelines.
• Execute end-to-end supply chain processes.
• Analyze impact and business performance of supply chain patterns.
• Develop cost‑benefit analysis of proposed initiatives and lead cross‑functional teams.
• Manage third‑party vendors to ensure project success.
• Review project performance and present status updates to partners.
• Monitor project risks and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure projects are delivered on‑time and within budget.
• Prepare project progress reports and escalation requests.
• Manage and communicate with project partners.

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, logistics, or related field; recognised Project Management certification is required.
• 5+ years of experience managing complex, multidisciplinary projects in a corporate environment.
• Proficient in project management software
  
  Ao and end‑to‑end supply chain processes.
• Knowledge of aerospace manufacturing methods and strong communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively, providing team performance insights to managers.
• Position is in a French‑speaking environment; fluency in English required for documentation and communication.
