OverviewSAIC is seeking a Change Manager to provide expertise on continuous process improvement strategies, organizational redesign, change management projects, and performance measures for a client in Washington, D.C.

Responsibilities- Defines and develops business processes, policies, roles and responsibilities, and performance metrics.
- Conducts analysis of business processes, including current state, gap, benchmarking, best practices, and organizational assessment.
- Plans and implements process improvements, including future design, change management, and transition planning.
- Interfaces with all project areas, coordinating with customer, computer services, and client services.
- Provides oversight for the development and maintenance of quality programs, systems, processes, and procedures to ensure compliance with policies and agency guidelines.
- Guides interpretation of policies, regulatory and government regulations to ensure compliance.
- Coordinates with business and technology teams to ascertain system requirements and conduct client interviews.
- Leverages a change management methodology, process, and tools to support adoption of changes.
- Enables the design, development, delivery, and management of key communications.
- Conducts impact analyses, assesses change readiness, and identifies key stakeholders.
- Develops charter for the Change Control Board, identifies approval authorities, convenes CCB meetings, and notifies stakeholders as needed.
- Completes change management assessments.
- Consults and coaches project teams.
- Creates actionable deliverables for the change management plan.
- Manages stakeholders and tracks/report issues.
- Defines and measures success metrics and monitors change progress.
- Executes and applies changes from continuous process improvement campaigns.
- Manages system configurations and processes for configuration management as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree and 7 years of experience, or 4 additional years of experience in lieu of degree.
- Experience with change management principles, methodologies, and tools.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent active listening skills.
- Ability to articulate messages to a variety of audiences.
- Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships.
- Problem‑solving and root‑cause identification skills.
- Team player, able to work collaboratively with and through others.
- ITIL Foundations (V3/V4) certification.
- Must be able to obtain a Secret clearance.
Target salary range: $120,001 - $160,000.
