Overview

Block Manager – Bristol – £37k. One Property Recruitment is searching for a Block Manager for an area leading managing agent in Bristol. The role will manage a local portfolio of leasehold properties amounting to 700 units in total. The working environment is positive with there being many staff incentives, the whole team are keen to progress within their internal structure.

On-street parking is available at the office, which is based just south of Bristol centre.

• Managing a leasehold portfolio of 700 units across Bristol
• Completing major works projects and issuing S20 notices
• Setting and adjusting service charge budgets
• Chairing AGM meetings for your sites
• Working collaboratively with the property administration & accounts team

• £37,000 salary DOE
• 2/3 days working from home
• TPI Qualification Sponsorship
• On-site parking
• 9-5:30 Mon-Fri with flexible hours
• 23 days annual leave + birthday off + bank holidays

• 2+ year’s Block Management experience
• TPI qualifications
• Full UK driver’s license
