Overview

DC is seeking an organized, proactive Design Build Project Manager to oversee multiple projects through all phases of the design-build process. This role is responsible for coordinating clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure drawings, schedules, and deliverables stay aligned from project kickoff through final delivery and continued build support. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator and problem-solver who can manage multiple priorities while keeping projects on track, anticipating risks, and driving solutions that support quality outcomes and client satisfaction.

This is an onsite role based out of our HQ in Damascus, Oregon, and requires consistent in-office presence, with potential for a limited hybrid schedule over time.

Important Note:

This is not an onsite home-building Project Manager role. Our project lifecycle typically runs from design through fabrication and shipping of a complete material package, followed by remote contractor build support through project completion.

  • Champion DC’s commitment to quality and continuous improvement by applying LEAN principles to project workflows, coordination, and problem-solving
  • Leverage project management tools, 3D modeling software, and reporting applications to streamline workflows and maintain transparency
  • Track and manage outstanding information required by operations to keep fabrication and project execution moving forward
  • Attend required meetings, including Shipping & Fabrication meetings and builder check-ins, to provide project updates
