The Vested Senior Creative Director isn't just a design leader—they’re a big thinker and executor, strategist and mentor. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of insight‑driven creative ideation, execution and business impact. Our Senior Creative Director will be responsible for developing bold, integrated campaigns, paid media campaigns, and brand identity systems that drive results and elevate brand experiences across financial services.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the development of Vested’s creative services team, upholding a standard of excellence to develop and deliver award‑winning creative campaigns across paid, earned, owned, and shared media channels for financial brands
  • Ensure the highest level of content quality, brand integrity, and consistency across all touchpoints and serve as a senior strategic advisor to clients, helping shape creative campaigns and paid media strategies
  • Lead and define creative strategy by ensuring ideas are based on business objectives, audience insights, and brand purpose
  • Demonstrate deep understanding of financial sectors, across B2B and B2C audiences, applying category insights to deliver more resonant, relevant creative strategies and translate complex information into accessible, engaging, creative programs that resonate with target audiences and drive action
  • Partner with account teams, project managers, designers, and channel specialists to align creative programming with strategic goals and ensure seamless execution across campaigns
  • Create campaigns, experiences, and assets that meet the brief, exceed expectations, and deliver measurable impact and champion the voice and vision of the client, elevating brand positioning and creative standards
  • Closely manage and mentor a team of designers to continuously up‑level creative execution, lead by example
  • Oversee creative timelines and resourcing in partnership with project managers to ensure timely, on‑budget delivery of scoped work
Top candidates will have
  • 15+ years leading creative services within an agency or integrated team
  • Deep experience in creative storytelling with emphasis on financial services
  • Proven strategic and conceptual thinker who can ideate cross‑channel campaigns, including paid, earned, owned, and shared media
