Contract: Full-time, Permanent
Hours: 37.5 per week (Monday-Friday)
Workstyle: Roaming - a mix of working from home and office

• Mentoring and inducting new team members
• Supporting training and development across the team
• Providing cover for the Team Leader and Lettings Advisors during absence
• Leading on complex cases and shaping the lettings service
• Managing property shortlists and nominations in line with policy
• Carrying out verification and credit checks
• Working closely with internal teams and external agencies to ensure effective allocations
• Minimising rental income loss by achieving re-let targets
• Representing the organisation at stakeholder meetings and events
• Communicating with customers using a coaching approach to build trust and achieve positive outcomes.

• Minimum 3 years  experience in a frontline lettings role
• Strong knowledge of lettings and allocations policies and housing legislation
• Experience working with vulnerable customers and resolving sensitive issues
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer handling skills
• High level of resilience and emotional intelligence
• Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office and housing systems

This position is subject to a basic DBS check. Regular home working is available.
