Location: Home based with regular travel to projects across the South of England
Salary: Up to £65,000 per annum + £6,200 car allowance
Contract: Permanent

With a growing pipeline of new developments projects, we’re now looking for an experienced Building Services (M&E) Manager to provide technical leadership across the South of England and ensure our homes are designed, delivered and commissioned to the highest standards.

What you’ll do:
- Lead M&E quality, working closely with consultants, contractors and internal teams to ensure systems are coordinated, compliant and built to specification
- Provide hands-on technical support throughout delivery, inspecting works on site and resolving quality or compliance issues
- Oversee commissioning and handover, ensuring services are completed on time and all testing, certification and documentation are accurate and complete
- Champion best practice and sustainability, including low-carbon and energy-efficient building services, contributing to design standards and Employer’s Requirements
- Collaborate with stakeholders to balance quality, compliance, buildability and innovation across the development portfolio
What you’ll bring:
- Experience delivering building services / MEP solutions, including design review, site inspections, quality assurance and commissioning.
- Understanding of housing and care requirements for older people.
- Knowledge of the building industry, including design processes, materials, alternative installation solutions and legislation.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across a range of teams and projects.
