What you will do
  • Lead and supervise a team of social workers, providing guidance and support in court and care planning processes.
  • Conduct thorough assessments and develop care plans focused on safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.
  • Represent the Local Authority in court, preparing and presenting reports and evidence.
  • Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure coordinated service delivery and improved outcomes for families.
  • Participate in case reviews, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation, policies, and standards.
