About The Job
- Full time position – option for part time/job share
- Salary – Grade 9- £41,771 - £46,142 per annum
- 30 days annual leave, excluding bank holidays
- This role will have a significant impact on the success of the Connect to Work Programme Progression
- The role is Hybrid but will be required to travel throughout Somerset.
- The hours can be flexible but must meet the needs of the business.
Salary is £41,771 - £46,142 per annum for 37 hours/week – option for part time/job share.
What will I be doing?- Lead the delivery and ongoing development of Somerset’s Connect to Work programme
- Line manage staff operating on the Connect to Work programme
- Oversee external delivery partners to ensure contract, quality and fidelity assurance compliance. Monitoring performance through regular review.
- Have a degree-level qualification or equivalent experience
- Have Qualifications in supported employment or careers guidance (e.g. IPS, SEQF, IAG/CIAG).
- Have strong leadership and team development capabilities
- Have excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and partnership-building skills.
- Have the ability to interpret and analyse performance data and produce evidence-based reports
- Have financial acumen and IT proficiency, including use of MIS and reporting systems.
- Are able to think strategically, are able to problem-solve, and have the ability to manage competing priorities.
