Senior Design Manager - Central London - Residential

A Senior Design Manager is required to oversee design on a new build high rise residential project in London. The scheme is valued at up to £80m in total and consists of several RC frame blocks. The successful candidate will have experience of working on new build / refurbishment projects with at least two references to support this. Reporting directly to a Head of Design any potential candidates are welcomed from either a construction, engineering or architectural background.

This is a site based role with occasional remote working.

Applicants must have experience of working on projects of at least £20m with leading residential Contractors, Developers, Architectural Practices or Consultancies with supporting references. They must also live within a commutable distance of Central / North London.
