A significant housing association in the Midlands seeks a Head of Sustainability to shape and deliver its sustainability strategy. The role requires managing energy efficiency improvements across housing stock, improving EPC performance, and leading decarbonisation efforts. Suitable candidates will have strong experience in retrofit programmes, knowledge of regulatory standards, and exceptional leadership skills. This is a home-based position with travel to Group offices in Worcester, Solihull, and Louth approximately once or twice a month.
