Resulting from continued growth, this is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Transformation Project manager or Business Change Project Manager with experience of delivering on a variety of business transformation projects, including business change, people change and process change projects, to join a leading healthcare organisation, in a position with plenty of variety and responsibility

The successful Business Change Project Manager will need to be onsite a couple of days a week in Lincoln, with the remainder of the time spent working from home.

The Transformation Project Manager will play a pivotal role within my client's multi-million-pound transformation programme, including the use of technology to enable change. The Transformation Project Manager will be involved from the very beginning of projects that will need to drive efficiency and a clear return on investment.

The Transformation Project Manager will be responsible for project evaluation and definition, including estimating costings and resource requirements to create the necessary business case. Project responsibility/scope will not be limited to just delivery, but also process mapping and change, as well as test execution, user adoption and training.
