Executive Search Partner – Industrials

Overview

My client, a reputable boutique executive search and interim management firm headed up by industry heavy weights, operates at C level across a global remit with a strong reputation in their focus sectors, including Consumer, Infrastructure, Industrial, Life Sciences, Defense and Energy.

They are looking for a Partner to head up their Industrial practice. This person will have established relationships and will work on retained mandates for senior-level positions.

• Lead and grow the Industrial practice within a global, boutique environment.
• Develop and maintain meaningful client relationships and deliver retained mandates at senior levels.
• Leverage a proven track record of billing and successful placements within Industrials.
• Operate with a down-to-earth, output-focused culture and be comfortable with remote/work-from-home arrangements.

• Several years of retained experience in executive search.
• Strong, deep networks within Industrials.
• An impressive billing track record and the ability to work on senior-level retained mandates.
• Credible and aligned with the firm’s grounded culture.
