The Opportunity:

As a key member of the Strategy & Transformation team, the Manager, Strategic Change plays a critical role in advancing WSP’s strategic priorities. Reporting to the Director, Strategic Change, this role partners closely with the VP, Organization Effectiveness, colleagues across Strategy & Transformation, and Corporate Function partners—especially Finance—to successfully design, support, and implement organizational change.

A little more about your role...

Support Strategic Change, Strategy & Transformation, and Finance teams to deliver strategic initiatives and facilitate change.

  • Lead the change effort for the Finance Forward initiative.
  • Implement strategic change initiatives from design through execution.
  • Provide executive support in decision-making and change initiative execution.
  • Interpret engagement analytics and KPIs.
  • Facilitate change conversations with executives and employees.
  • Build strong relationships across all levels.
  • Improve processes and coordinate organizational procedures.

  • Hands-on approach to strategic execution.
  • Strong understanding of Finance Operations

  • Ability to build strong stakeholder relationships.
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
  • Storyboarding and strong PowerPoint capabilities.
  • Exceptional listening skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Post-secondary education in Business, HR, or related field.
  • Experience in leading strategic initiatives and transformational change.
  • National or global program management experience
