As a Project Manager you will lead and deliver multiple projects of varying size, complexity, and risk, ensuring effective planning and delivery in line with TSG project management methodology.
This role requires strong oversight of all delivery aspects to ensure projects are completed to a high standard, within agreed constraints and success measures, while maintaining excellent internal and external communication and customer satisfaction.
You will be responsible for identifying and maximising revenue opportunities, managing commercial implications, and ensuring strong stakeholder engagement and satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

- To plan the effective delivery of projects using Project Flow methodology ensuring effective internal & external customer communication and satisfaction is always maintained.
- Work with the wider TSG operations team to ensure successful delivery of the projects within specified time frames and measures of success.
- Liaise/maintain communication lines with the CSM’s and SDL’s where appropriate.
- Manage the day to day elements of the project to ensure deadlines are met and consultant and field resource utilisation is maximised by minimising non chargeable days (FOC’s, overruns etc.)
- Create project documentation to include, Quality Reports, Project Kick Off, Go Live Readiness and Project Plans.
- Accurately record and maintain CRM project records, including your time and consultant chargeable and non-chargeable activities.
- Logging detailed information in response to customer queries and responding in a timely manner with solutions.
- Managing project Risks and Issues using CRM and Microsoft Teams project sites.
- Coordinate handover to support following completion of the projects.
- Travel and potential overnight stays may be required to fulfil the customers’ needs and the role.
- Formally recognised project management qualification; PRINCE2, APM, MSc or similar.
- IT Qualifications would be an advantage but not essential based on experience.
- Full UK driving licence.
