Office Manager - Islington (Hybrid)

PRIMIS Mortgage Network is recruiting a full-time Office Manager / Operations Manager to join one of our large partner Mortgage and Protection firms based in Islington, N1.

This is a 12-month maternity cover contract.

The partner business consists of a team of 13 Mortgage and Protection Advisers and 6 Mortgage Administrators.

• Competitive base salary of £40,000 - £45,000 (DOE), negotiable
• Potential quarterly bonus of up to £1,000
• Hybrid working circa 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home (including Fridays)

• Day-to-day management and support of the Administration Team
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with senior stakeholders, both internally and externally
• Take responsibility for on-site Health & Safety compliance
• Manage day-to-day relationships with the landlord and key emergency contacts
• Ensure the smooth, professional running and appearance of the Islington office, including facilities, stationery, and IT
• Oversee onboarding of new colleagues

• At least 4 years’ experience in an Office Management role
• Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and manage your own workload effectively
• High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Professional and positive telephone manner
• Strong customer focus
• Solid understanding of health and safety standards and facilities management
• Team-focused approach with excellent interpersonal skills
