Non Stop Consulting is working with one of the most reputable Independent Fostering Agency in the North West of England area in order to help them find an experienced Registered Fostering Manager who can join them on a permanent basis.

This is a hybrid role, offering you flexibility to work from home and have a good work - life balance.

Responsibilities:

The Registered Fostering Manager will oversee a very stable team of Supervising Social Workers, providing support and guidance to them.

The service has been rated as Good by Ofsted so you will be part of a team that is focused on delivering a high-quality fostering care.

At the time of the last inspection, the fostering agency had 24 fostering households with 36 children in their care.

Requirements:

experience in working as a Registered Fostering Manager

good knowledge of the Ofsted requirements

Full driving licence
