Own the complete lifecycle of Omdia’s flagship events, from three‑year strategic planning to day‑of‑event execution. - P&L responsibility:
Drive revenue growth and profitability across the event portfolio while maintaining exceptional customer satisfaction. - Growth opportunities:
Identify and assess new market opportunities, event formats, and strategic partnerships that expand our reach. - Cross‑functional collaboration:
Lead coordination across Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance, IT, and external vendors. - Team development:
Build and mentor a high‑performing events team through coaching, performance management, and professional development. - Quality delivery:
Ensure every event exceeds customer expectations through meticulous planning and flawless execution. - Performance optimization:
Monitor and improve key metrics including attendance, satisfaction scores, and revenue per attendee. - Innovation leadership:
Pioneer new event formats and technologies that enhance knowledge transfer and customer engagement. - Content curation:
