The Opportunity:

Following a pivotal shift in our operational structure, we are looking for a Head of Supply Chain to lead the commercial and operational foundations of our partner supply chain. Reporting to the Director of Business Planning
, you will be accountable for the end-to-end performance of the Morrisons Supply Chain across our shared Ocado Logistics network.

This is a high-impact leadership role focused on evolution, not just maintenance. You will inherit an established team and refine existing processes to meet new demands. Utilising our proprietary Ocado Smart Platform (OSP) software, you will set the strategic direction for one of the UK’s fastest-growing retail partnerships.

• Relationship Management: Acting as the primary senior link to Morrisons, managing SKU buying and inventory strategy.
• Operational Accountability: Holding operations accountable for inbound metrics like putaway times and non-fulfilment to ensure network stability.
• Process Evolution: Taking existing foundations and scaling them, integrating Supply Chain requirements into our Tech & Analytics roadmaps.
• Team Leadership: Managing and developing an established team of specialists through a period of "new ways of working."

• Significant Supply Chain leadership experience in high-volume FMCG or E-commerce.
• A proven track record of optimising and professionalising existing supply chain functions.
• The commercial "storytelling" ability to translate complex data into clear plans for senior stakeholders.
