Salary range: £30,000 - £35,000 + bonus scheme

Type of work: Office-based (Hybrid) & Travel for events

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced, motivated and hard-working individual to join our venues team here at Run Through! We are looking for a candidate to manage and support the delivery of cutting-edge and professional mass-participation running events. You’ll be involved in day-to-day event management which will include, but not be restricted to, event planning, venue management, and ensuring high-standards are maintained in relation to the preparation and delivery of events.

• Maintain and develop relationships with venues, councils, traffic management contractors, etc.
• Project management of events and ensuring the delivery of them within budgets
• Create and update event management plans and risk assessments
• Complete relevant event applications, e.g. road closure applications
• Event day delivery
• Assist with the line management of a small team of Operations staff.

• Passionate about physical activity and running
• Excellent communication skills and a strong work ethic
• Full UK manual driving licence and willing to drive vans
• Previous line management experience
• Ability to work independently and remotely during the week
• Willing to work weekends: early start, early finish
• Excellent organisation, communication and time management skills
• Knowledge of the U.K running industry.
