* About you:

** You are an experienced people leader who knows how to bring out the best in a team. You are confident working with our largest construction customers, building strong relationships and guiding them through complex software projects. You care about creating a high‑performing, supportive team culture where everyone can do their best work. You enjoy solving problems, improving how things are done and helping customers get real value from their software.
** Day-to-day, you will:
*** Lead and develop our Professional Services team, creating a supportive, high‑performing environment
* Oversee the delivery of implementation, training and consultancy services, making sure projects are delivered on time and to a high standard
* Build strong relationships with key customers, managing escalations with calm confidence and a focus on solutions
* Drive commercial performance by supporting revenue forecasts, managing budgets and looking for growth opportunities within existing accounts.
** Your skills and experiences might also include:
*** Experience leading consultancy or Professional Services teams, with a track record of developing people and supporting performance
* Strong understanding of construction processes and the challenges customers face in the industry
* Significant experience delivering complex software projects from scoping through to go‑live
* Knowledge of COINS construction software or similar construction management systems.
