Help shape the future of our most challenging buildings. Lead major remediation programmes, deliver expert defect investigations, and guide executive decisions with high quality option appraisals.

Are you looking to join a growing, values‑led organisation with a clear social purpose?

At Settle Paradigm, we’re proud to be the largest housing group in the region, managing over 30,000 homes across Buckinghamshire, Bedfordshire, and Hertfordshire.

Everything we do is about delivering excellent services, high quality homes, neighbourhoods we can be proud of and maximising number of new affordable homes we build. Through our merger we’ve brought together shared values, skills and ambition, so we can build more affordable homes and make an even bigger difference in the communities we serve

If you're ready to grow your career in a supportive, inclusive environment while helping to shape stronger communities, we’d love to welcome you on our journey. Together, we’re building a better future.

Lead with purpose. Shape safer homes. Build a legacy that matters.

Every complex building has a story — layers of history, challenge, and opportunity. Some need a steady hand. Others need a visionary. All need someone who sees beyond the structure and recognises the people whose lives take place within its walls.

This is where you come in.

If you’re driven by meaningful impact, this role offers the rare chance to combine deep technical expertise with purpose. You’ll guide major remediation programmes, reveal hidden risks, and bring clarity to important decisions that protect thousands of residents. The work you do will quietly strengthen communities for years to come.

A Role With Real Purpose

Imagine stepping into a role where your judgement shapes long‑term safety, resilience, and sustainability. Where senior leaders look to you for insight. Where specialists, consultants, and contractors unite under your direction. Where you don’t just deliver programmes — you create homes people can trust.

You’ll bring structure to complexity, confidence to uncertainty, and humanity to decisions that affect real lives.

What’s In It For You?

Make lasting social impact

Your leadership supports safer homes, stronger communities, and healthier living environments.

Be the trusted voice in the room

You’ll influence executive decisions, shape investment strategy, and steer long‑term planning.

Lead high‑risk, high‑complexity programmes that stretch your skills and elevate your craft.

Access CPD, mentoring, workshops, and support for further qualifications in an organisation that invests in your development.

Bring together experts across the built environment to deliver programmes that truly matter.

You’ll lead on:
  • Remediation and strategic programmes across complex, high‑risk buildings
  • Building pathology investigations and defect diagnostics
  • Feasibility studies and clear option appraisals that guide executive decisions
  • Delivery strategy, and programme structures
  • Resident‑focused decision making that keeps human impact at the centre
Who You Are:
  • You’re more than technically strong — you’re thoughtful, grounded, and purposeful.
  • You advise with confidence, collaborate with empathy, and bring clarity to complexity.
You’ll bring:
  • A relevant degree plus RICS, CIOB, APM, RIBA or Engineering Chartership
  • Proven leadership of complex building or remediation programmes
  • Experience shaping strategy, governance, and stakeholder engagement
  • A collaborative approach and strong communication skills
  • Commitment to continuous learning and long‑term thinking

It’s when:
