About The Role: We’re looking for a Project Support Co-ordinator to play a key role in supporting advanced projects across your region. You’ll manage administrative processes related to labour, equipment, documentation and project milestones, while working on multiple projects r focus will be on prioritising tasks, meeting deadlines, and ensuring smooth communication between internal teams throughout the entire project lifecycle.
What You’ll Do- Create and maintain detailed project timelines, tracking daily progress and keeping stakeholders informed.
- Lead internal project meetings and distribution of minutes inclusive of actions, decisions, and outcomes to all attendees.
- Ensure that all project processes are followed and that full audit trails are maintained and evidenced where required.
- Take ownership of projects from start to finish, managing the full project lifecycle including planning, execution, monitoring, and close-out.
- Act as the main point of contact for all stakeholders, ensuring clear communication throughout the project.
- Maintain accurate documentation and reports on milestones, deliverables, and deadlines, proactively escalating risks to management.
- Work closely with the commercial team to ensure prompt applications for payment are submitted and that any early warning notifications are raised in a timely manner.
- Strong organisational, time management, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage changing priorities and tight deadlines.
- Experience in project coordination, administration, or a similar role.
- Excellent communication skills, able to provide clear, detailed information and advice to colleagues and stakeholders at all levels.
- Team player who can also work independently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office with strong computer literacy.
- Comfortable travelling across the UK; full UK driving licence required.
- Attention to detail with accurate record-keeping and proactive, forward-thinking approach.
