The Role
To contribute to delivering an excellent heritage visitor attraction through the supervision of staff, budgets, operational activities, services, assets and infrastructure in line with service objectives and management plans. This role will lead on the development, management and delivery of the historic gardens and grounds and their use for public access and events.

This role will lead on the development, management and delivery of the historic gardens and grounds and their use for public access and events.
Responsibilities- Lead on the supervision and continued development of the historic gardens and grounds in line with the Strategy and assist in the continuing development of management and development plans.
- Encourage public access and volunteer involvement, working with colleagues to promote the site through activities, events and positive visitor experiences. Participate in consultation and monitoring of feedback to enable continual improvement.
- Provide on-site support to external organisers of events and activities and ensure that health and safety and legal requirements are met.
